Rachel Kalb, MBA

Visionary Business Architect

Rachel started her professional journey as a massage therapist, driven by her passion for healing others. Over the course of twenty years, she established private practices in both Oregon and Orange County, California, and provided massage services to the entertainment industry, working with musicians and touring bands.

Inspired by her own personal journey, Rachel moved to Bali, Indonesia, where she served as an executive assistant for a world-renowned yoga teacher training program and raw food retreat. Upon her return to Oregon, she joined a software company as their Wellness Administrator, where she provided onsite wellness programs and helped reduce stress and encourage work-life balance for employees.

Despite being a single mother of twins, Rachel decided to pursue an MBA degree from Southern Oregon University, which she completed in 2020. During her studies, she continued working and raising her children.

In 2017, Rachel became a health coach for Noom, a digital platform that focuses on weight loss and behavior change. Within six months, she was promoted to a leadership role where she managed a team of remote health coaches, helping millions of users achieve their health goals.

In 2021, Rachel joined OneEleven, a women-founded fintech startup, where she began as a wealth coach and quickly moved up the ranks to Partner Success. In this role, she focused on driving sales, developing partnerships, and working closely with the founding team to nurture and grow the mobile app and digital platform.

When Rachel is not working or taking care of her twins, she enjoys spending time in nature and traveling the world. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her diverse career and personal journey to her consulting and coaching, community building and leadership endeavors.
