Jamie Wiggins

Jamie, a womb wisdom holder and wellness and creativity coach, now focuses on fostering a deeper relationship with the womb center and, through this, aligning with the creative life force. The lens of the menstrual cycle is used as a tool for insight, healing, and growth. The womb is the seat of women's wisdom, power, and creativity. Learning to be in relationship with her womb space is deeply impactful. Building a foundation of trust with the client and working towards an experience of safety and trust with their bodies is foundational for this work. She always comes back to the wisdom of her womb and her cyclical nature to guide her healing journey.

As a mother of two young children, she has to work to practice showing up in her relationship with creation. This is not an easy process, to say the least. Yet it is a practice that deeply nourishes her. Learning to move energy through dance, writing, poetry, voice, and media is not just a powerful tool for clearing but also a potent way to weave meaning and connect with the life force within her. This is her devotion. Expression is her medicine.

She is passionate about transformation. She is devoted to the wisdom of the womb. She is sustained by the magic of making. She is a lifelong apprentice to dreamtime. She is inspired by the courage each person practices to show up for everyday life. She is deeply dedicated to tending the soul's fire, honoring the wisdom of the body, and continuously opening to creation's flow.
